Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated SharePoint & Power Platform UI/UX Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and optimize enterprise SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles to deliver intuitive and user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint Development & Administration
Customize, configure, and manage SharePoint Online/On-Premise sites, lists, workflows, and libraries.
Develop modern pages, web parts, and intranet portals that meet organizational needs.
Power Platform Solutions
Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to streamline business processes.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and external systems.
Develop Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
UI/UX Design
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure intuitive user experiences.
Implement responsive design for SharePoint sites and Power Apps.
Apply modern UI frameworks and best practices to enhance usability and accessibility.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Provide troubleshooting, support, and training for deployed SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in SharePoint development and Power Platform solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with:
SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2019 customization and development.
Power Automate (flows, approvals, process automation).
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven applications).
Power BI (reports and dashboards).
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Knowledge of Azure Functions or other cloud integration services.
Previous government or enterprise-level project experience.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
